We have a resident chef and regularly host a restaurant for our guests in the villa, residents and for outside visitors. Our aim is to focus on local, Tuscan food and on sustainability. Much of the produce is local, including fruits and vegetables from our “orto” (kitchen garden). Some nights we have a special pizza night using the wood-fired pizza oven or a “braciere” (brazier or barbeque). Depending on numbers and on the menu, the restaurant is variously held in one of several locations around the villa or gardens.
